Spirit wear, band boosters, robotics clubs, PTO fundraisers and staff shirts all come with the same to-do list: choose a design, collect sizes from lots of people, and get everything in hand before the big day. Here's how to run it smoothly, from a 20-shirt club order to a few hundred for the whole school.
Plan backwards from the day you need them
We print within 2 business days (the next business day with priority processing), so most of your time goes to collecting sizes. Give the sign-up link at least a week to run, and leave a few days of slack before the event.
Design tips for school shirts
- Use your school's colors and mascot, and make sure you have permission to use any logo. The school office, the athletic department or the PTO can tell you who approves artwork.
- Keep it bold and simple. A big mascot or one strong line of text reads best from the bleachers.

Collect sizes with one link
Instead of paper forms and spreadsheets, make a team order link and send it to parents, students and staff. Each person picks a size (youth and adult sizes are available on many styles) and, if you want, a name and number. You choose the setting:
- Everyone pays for their own shirt. Great for clubs and teams.
- The organizer pays. People sign up and you check out once, which suits a school or a PTO that collects money its own way.

Ordering tax free
Ohio schools, churches, nonprofits and government offices that have an exemption certificate can order without Ohio sales tax. Send the certificate once on our tax-exempt orders page; we check it and set up your account, and orders you place while signed in check out tax free. We can't give tax advice, so ask the Ohio Department of Taxation if you're not sure your group qualifies.
Big orders and fundraisers
- Ordering for a whole school or 100 or more pieces? Ask for a bulk quote.

- Printing gets cheaper as the order grows: 10% off at 12 pieces of a design, 15% at 24, 20% at 48 and 25% at 100.
Pickup and shipping
Pick up free at our shop at 4129 Weaver Ct in Hilliard, Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5:30 PM, or have the order shipped (free over $100). We're a short drive from Hilliard, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Grove City and Columbus.
