Shipping policy

When we print

We start printing once your order is paid. Most orders are printed within 24-48 hours on business days; large orders can take longer, and we'll tell you if yours will. Priority processing (offered on the product page) puts your order at the front of the line to be printed the next business day.

Free local pickup

Choose Pick up at checkout and collect your order for free at our shop: 4129 Weaver Ct, Hilliard, OH 43026. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

Shipping

We ship within the United States from Columbus, Ohio. Shipping options, prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100.

When your order ships, we'll email you its tracking number. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to send it again; the new shipping is paid by you.
