Do I need any design experience?
No. Upload a logo or photo, type your words, or start from a template and change them. The preview shows exactly how it prints, on every side and in every color.
Does it cost anything to design?
No, designing is free. You pay for the shirts and each printed side when you order, with no setup fees.
How do I design my own shirt?
Pick a style and a color, add your artwork or text to the front, back or sleeves, then enter how many of each size you need and add it to your cart.
Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP or GIF, up to 100 MB. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI, or an SVG, prints best. The designer warns you if a picture is too small for the size you've made it, and "Remove background" takes a white box off a logo.
Can I put the same design on more than one product?
Yes. Under the designer, "On another product" opens your design on a hoodie, hat, tote and more, fitted to that product's print area.
Will my design be saved if I leave and come back?
Yes, on this device, automatically. To pick it up on another device, use "Email me my design" or save it to your account.
How much does a custom shirt cost?
The shirt plus a price for each printed side, which drops from 12 pieces of the same design. The designer shows your price per piece before you add anything to the cart, and the Pricing page has a calculator.
Can someone help if I'm not sure my design will look right?
Yes. We check every design before we print and contact you if something might not print well. Or let our designers make it for you with the design service.
How long does production take?
Most orders are ready within 2 business days. Add priority processing in the designer to have yours printed the next business day. Orders in Ohio usually arrive the day after they ship.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single shirt or hundreds.
Do I get a discount for ordering more?
On custom orders, yes: printing costs less per side as you order more pieces of the same design, starting at 12. The price table on every custom product shows each step, and the cart applies it automatically. Blank shirts are the same price at any quantity.
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Yes. Enter quantities for every size of every color in one order.
Do you sell blank apparel?
Yes. Bella+Canvas, Gildan and Comfort Colors blanks by the piece or by the box, with every size and color in one order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all orders over $100.
Are the prints safe in the washer?
Yes. Wash inside out on cold and tumble dry low or hang dry.
